The agreement was signed by the company, its shareholders, and the financial creditors, following the completion of its debt restructuring process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LAS team is coordinated by Equity Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/loan-agency.eu\/en\/our-team\/\">Gaetano La Puglia<\/a>, assisted by Manager <a href=\"https:\/\/loan-agency.eu\/en\/our-team\/\">Tatiana Iaizzo<\/a>, Associate <a href=\"https:\/\/loan-agency.eu\/en\/our-team\/\">Giammarco Panunzi<\/a>, and Analyst <a href=\"https:\/\/loan-agency.eu\/en\/our-team\/\">Alberto Lucciola<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the terms of the agreement, Metalcam, a company specializing in the production of custom steel forgings, has fully settled its outstanding debts with financial creditors through an agreement that also consolidated the position of Carlo Tassara SpA in the company&#8217;s shareholding structure. Societ\u00e0 Camuna di Partecipazioni has also joined the shareholding structure by acquiring the shares in Metalcam held by 3ms Holding 1 and 3ms Holding 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlo Tassara SpA and Societ\u00e0 Camuna di Partecipazioni were advised by BonelliErede with a team led by Partner Riccardo Bordi and Senior Associate Federico Sacchi, as well as by Giuggioli &amp; Partners Law Firm with a team coordinated by Senior Partner Pier Filippo Giuggioli and Partner Adriano Curti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metalcam \u00e8 stata assistita da Ashurst nella negoziazione con i creditori finanziari e i soci, con un team guidato dal Partner Antonio Azzar\u00e0 supportato dall\u2019Associate Davide Cafagna e dal Trainee Riccardo Verrastro.
