Loan Agency Services is acting as Issuing Agent, Calculation Agent, Security Agent, and Paying Agent, in partnership with BFF Bank S.p.A., in connection with the bond loan subscribed by Yeldo and issued by Taurus Asset Management S.r.l. Taurus Asset Management is part of the Testi Costruzioni group, a company specialized in space design, high-quality building supplies, and the creation of custom furnishings.

The bond loan amounts to €10 million and will be issued in multiple tranches.
