Loan Agency Services is Agent of the Loan Agreement of RSI S.r.l., the company awarded the concession for the design, construction, maintenance and management of the “Colere Ski Area 2200”, a ski area in the province of Bergamo.

The loan, with a total value of 6 million euros, was provided in a pool by the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo, in the role of lead arranger, by Finlombarda, a finance company of the Lombardy Region, and by Banca Sella.
The financing institutions were assisted by ADVANT Nctm Law Firm with a team coordinated by Partners Eugenio Siragusa and Martina Marmo.
