Loan Agency Services is acting as the Agent for the Bedeschi Agreement with a team led by Principal Attilio Caccetta, supported by Senior Analyst Martina Sirotti and Analysts Sara Bizzarri and Aurora D’Elia.
Bedeschi, a historic Italian company active in the material handling sector and the construction of plants for the brick industry, has completed the process of negotiated composition of its business crisis. The company has entered into negotiations with its creditors, signing agreements to restructure its debt exposure under Article 23, Paragraph 1, letter c), of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCI).
As part of the negotiated composition and the industrial relaunch operation, the company was advised by Banca Finint in its role as Financial Advisor, with a team comprising Head of Debt Advisory Daniele Rossi, Associate Gianluca Pellicani, and Senior Analyst Alvise Schiavon. Grimaldi Alliance acted as Legal Advisor, with a team led by Partner Massimo Zappalà, Counsel Francesco Rodelli, and Associate Silvia Marchiori.
The financial creditors were advised by the law firm Molinari, with a team led by Partner Alessandro Fontana, supported by Associates Giuliano Decorato and Ada Gabriela Lubinu.
Through the agreement, Bedeschi completed a capital increase, with Invitalia, the National Agency for Investment Attraction and Business Development, participating in the process. Invitalia was advised by a legal team led by Professor Gustavo Olivieri, along with Lawyers Stefano Calabretta and Carlo Natale, who worked together with the agency’s in-house legal team.
The role of Expert in the negotiated composition was fulfilled by Dr. Maurizio Nardon.
