Loan Agency Services, already Agent of the Granarolo S.p.A. agreement, is now a Service Center as part of the important investment agreement which envisaged a capital increase of the Company of 160 million euros.
LAS in the role of Service Center managed the delicate process of dematerialisation of the Company’s shares already in circulation and also oversaw the issue and centralization on the MT-X platform of the new Class A Shares, subscribed by Granlatte – already Shareholder of Granarolo – for a value of 30 million and Class B shares, subscribed by institutional investors for a total value of 130 million.
