
Loan Agency Services is acting as Issuing Agent, Calculation Agent, Representative of Noteholders, Security Agent, and Paying Agent in partnership with BFF, in connection with the bond issuance by MIR BidCo S.p.A., subscribed by Muzinich & Co., as well as the Agent of the Financing Agreement signed by the Company, a global leader in the field of spirometry, with BPER Banca.
The bond issuance and the financing are part of a broader acquisition operation of MIR – Medical International Research, completed by Quadrivio Silver Economy along with a group of co-investors.
